About the position

Responsibilities

  • Process manufacturer receivables and associated adjustments.
  • Assist dealers with daily inventory management, including creation of receivables and inventory transfers.
  • Facilitate daily ACH transactions and ensure accurate posting of all payments.
  • Balance general ledger accounts and research daily exception reporting.
  • Identify and deposit incoming wires and review supporting documentation for dealer funding requests.
  • Supervise and respond to incoming email requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide customer service for automotive dealers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Administrative, accounting, and technical support skills.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
